Since joining the Peace Corps in 1969, I have been involved in international education, communication and administration. I have worked in the U.S., Japan, Dominican Republic, India and Oman. I am currently Director of the English Language Program and Professor in the Division of Languages at International Christian University (ICU) in Japan.
