I'm an ICT Course Instructor with pedagogical background and I'm giving courses about ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) with a pedagogical (educational) background (not only technical), this to adult people (andragogie) as also to young people (pédagogie).

I am a "Life Long Learner" and this with a lot of pleasure...

My main interests are "PC and Internet Security", where I'm the owner and webmaster of Internet Monitor, a web site dedicated to PC and Internet Security, which is multilingual and reaches more than 2 million read articles and a Google Page Rank of 5/10 (August 2011), but also tutorials around the PC. I like to share my knowledge with other people.

I'm also a member of the "Advisory Board" of Luxembourg Safer Internet, called now BEESECURE, and an official partner of different Luxembourgish Government realisations, such as CASES and MySecureIt (in French) and member of the Internet Society Luxembourg.

Sergio Martín

Sergio Martín, Spain, University

Sergio Martín received the B.S. degree from Carlos III University of Madrid in Computer Engineering in 2006, and the M.S. degree from the Spanish University for Distance Education (UNED) in 2008. He is now studying for his PhD in Educative Technologies in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department (DIEEC) of UNED.

He is assistant professor in such institution since 2007. He has participated since 2002 as a researcher in national and international research projects related to ubiquitous computing, and mobility, specially focusing on its application on education. He has published more than 70 papers both in international journals and in international conferences. He was awarded in 2009 with the Best Paper Award in the Fourth International Multi-Conference on Computing in the Global Information Technology; and in 2007 with the 2nd best paper in the Jean Peperstraete contest in the 18th Annual Conference on Innovation in Education for Electrical and Information Engineering.

He is reviewer of international journals such as IEEE Multidisciplinary Engineering Education Magazine; and international conferences such as Frontiers in Education (2009 and 2008), UBICOMM (2009 and 2008), and IEEE EDUCON (2009). He also acts as project reviewer for the IEEE Education Society in the Spanish Chapter; and is editor of the IEEE UNED-Student Branch Magazine. He is a committee board member of the IEEE Technology Management Council of Spain, and member of the IEEE Computer Society, and IEEE Education Society.

I'm a Belfast-based e-learning consultant. I've been in copywriting and e-Learning since 1998. I've created a wide range of e-learning - from globally-deployed courses for Macromedia to niche Irish-language products - across various media - mobile, web, tv and online. Currently, I'm using grant funding to research and develop an Irish-language learning product. I also work with clients across the UK in developing e-learning materials.

I'm hugely interested in mobile learning in all its guises (phones ... ipods ... beermats). I'm keen to experiment on how social networking software can help teachers teach students, and students teach teachers. My secret wish is to go back to college and study neurology. This is why I should do the lottery. Could it be me?
