Mark is the Director, Blended and Distance Education at Massey University, New Zealand. He has specific responsibility for policy and strategic direction in the area of Technology-enhanced Learning (TEL).
Mark has 20 years experience in the university sector. He has a strong interest in Education across all sectors and supervisors research from Early Years to Higher Education.
