I hold a Master of Science degree in “Instructional technology and distance education” and I'm currently a PhD candidate in e-Learning, Knowledge Management and Psychology of Communication.
I have been working as researcher in European Projects and teaching both face to face and online courses at the Faculty of Education of University of Macerata where I'm also currently involved in online tutoring and e-learning courses’ design.

The blog was born as a reflection tool for students enrolled in a post-lauream course for online tutors. It is now developing as a multi-author blog to become a resource for tutors providing information about certifications, conferences, research in the same field.
