Amanda Gray
Amanda Gray, Australia, Primary, Early Childhood, Special Education
I am an early childhood and special education teacher who is now lecturing/tutoring at an Australian University. I have a particular interest in the social and emotional development of children with disabilities.
I am currently writing a series of picture books that can be used to explicitly teach social and behavioural skills.
Learning to be buddies
The name of this blog comes from the series of children’s books I am writing. These books are written to support the social and emotional development of children. If you want to know more about the series, you can visit Learn to be Buddies.
However, this blog won’t be specifically about the books. It will be about sharing my experiences in working with children, with a focus on sharing what worked and what didn’t work with regards to behaviour management.
