I am the assistant specialist in a local cellular company in Malaysia and have been involved in eLearning for almost 11 years mainly in product and skills training such as customer service and selling skills.
I have experience in conducting classroom training/workshops, created basic elearning using simple tools like Word, Powerpoint to more advance tools such as Authorware Attain, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc. I was also part of the team that implemented eLearning and currently am in the process of creating a learning culture in my company.

I hope to share my experiences in implementing eLearning to those who plan to do it but have no idea how and also to those who have experience for them to share experiences so that we can learn and hopefully avoid pitfalls. Although I have been implementing eLearning for 11 years now, I still consider myself new in the area and hope to learn more.
